Ramada Plaza Melaka Honored to Welcome Royal Entourage
Melaka (Malaysia) – May 16, 2019 (travelindex.com) – Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka was honored to host the stay of Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVI Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah and Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Seri Paduka Baginda Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah binti Al-Marhum Al-Mutawakkil Alallah Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj during their recent working visit to Melaka from the 16th – 17th May 2019.
Receiving a warm red carpet welcome by the Tuan Yang Terutama Tun Datuk Seri Utama Mohd Khalil bin Yaakob, YAB Tuan Hj. Adly bin Zahari, Chief Minister of Melaka, members from the state Exco, various dignitaries within the state as well the Management of Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka led by General Manager Klaus Sennik and Resident Manager Jason Bak, His Majesty and Her Majesty were greeted with beautiful flowers from the hotel management and ushered to the Executive floor upon their arrival.
His Majesty and Her Majesty with their entourage were led to the luxurious Presidential Suite in which they resided for the duration of two days one night. “We are honored to welcome His Majesty, Her Majesty and the Royal entourage to our hotel to experience our graceful hospitality” said Mr. Klaus Sennik, General Manager Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka. “We have taken every step possible to ensure top class service which befits His and Her Majesty’s expectations,” he added.
The Management was treated to a photo opportunity with His Majesty and Her Majesty where they presented a portrait of the Royal couple, an electrical hand drawn portrait by a local digital artist, Mohd Khairul Anuar bin A Rahman A.KA. Katon Aqhari.
As the Royal couple left the hotel, the hotel management and staff lined up at the walkway of the hotel lobby to give them a rousing send off.
The Yang di-Pertuan Agong and Her Majesty was in Melaka for a working visit after being appointed the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong of Malaysia for a five-year term commencing last January 2019.
